Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. That company processes the query and supplies any results. We do not keep a separate log or stored copy of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It is not disclosed outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.

Its reference material identifies official custodians such as the Jeff Davis County Sheriff's Clerk, the combined District and County Clerk, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not assembled into third-party dossiers or consumer reports, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies supply the search tools. Their own privacy terms, retention periods, and disclosure rules apply to information submitted through a tool. Review the provider's policy before entering a query because those practices are beyond our control.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to county offices, Texas agencies, court systems, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows an outbound link, the destination's privacy rules control. Check those terms before providing personal information.
Advertising services may use their own technology to recognize activity across different websites for tailored ads. That processing occurs through the advertiser's systems.

Personal information is not sold. It may be disclosed to:
